Power Supply Requirement

To ensure the stable operation of your U1, please follow these specifications:

• Required Output: 5V ⎓ 3A (Minimum 15W)

• Interface Options:

  1. USB Type-C: Compatible with original 20W+ smartphone chargers (Apple, Samsung, etc.) that support 5V 3A.

  2. DC 5.5 x 2.1mm: Standard DC barrel jack. Must be 5V.

• Buyer’s Guide: Check the fine print on your adapter. It must list Output: 5V ⎓ 3A.

•  Critical Warning: Do NOT use a 12V DC power supply, as it will damage the device. Also, avoid old 5V 1A/2A phone chargers, which may cause reboots or hashrate instability.

Production & Shipping Timeline

• Production Lead Time: Usually 3–5 business days. (Up to 15 days during peak demand).

Order Status Tracking:

1. Completed (Awaiting Verification): Your payment has been submitted. We manually verify all payments once a day.

2. In Production: Payment confirmed! Your device is now in assembly and will undergo a 72-hour burn-in test (Takes 3–5 days).

3. Transportation: Testing passed. Your order is with the courier. Tracking info will be updated.

4. Suspended: Shipping may be unavailable to your specific region. Please join our Discord and contact an Administrator immediately for alternatives or a refund.
